- How do I avoid fraud and fake orders?
- For new customers, we recommend that you charge the customer a portion of the order before going shopping. When you call the customer to confirm the order, inform them that since they are a new customer, you will ask for an up-front payment for part of the delivery. Decide upon an amount, and you can use your smartphone to take a credit card payment over the phone. Once you deliver the groceries, you collect the balance.
